General Information
Appears to be a loose copy of the Nuovo / Super Record front derailleur with two slots cut into the outer plate.  The lip on the outer plate also suggests that this part was made after the CSPC required changes in 1978.  
Supercronos group appears in the 1984 Zeus catalog, and not in the 1982 catalog.
